David Okeke, Prevention Specialist for alcohol and other drug programs at Brandywine Counseling & Community Services (BCCS), and Dr. Sherry Nykeil, chief psychiatrist with the DHSS Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH), have been named new co-chairs of the Delaware Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Task Force.
