Effective May 15, 2024, all BCCS New Castle County Justice-Involved Programs are moving to the new BCCS Washington Street Treatment Center at 1600 Washington St, 2nd Floor, Wilmington, DE 19802.

- DUI Treatment Court Program
- First Stop (DUI First Offender Program)
- DSARP (DUI Screening and Referral Program)
These programs were previously provided at the BCCS Lancaster Avenue Treatment Center for New Castle County. There are no changes to BCCS Justice-Involved Programs in Kent and Sussex Counties.
