Our Anger Management class is designed for a small group in a relaxed setting.
The first part of the class focuses on what makes individuals angry and triggers to anger. The second part of the class addresses how to react to feelings of anger, and provides new skills to help individuals manage their anger.
Customers are given an informational packet to take home, allowing them to reference the materials and lessons learned in the class.
Accessing Services
This class is designed for individuals 18 years and older needing an anger management course.
The class is offered from 8am-2pm on the 1st Friday of the month on an as needed basis. The cost of the class is $150.
Please note: The class must have at least two individuals enrolled to needs to proceed. Please confirm with us the Thursday morning prior to class.
