BCCS, St. Francis, and Lt. Governor deliver Narcan to Wilmington homeless

 

BCCS Community Wellness Advocate Holly Rybinski joined Dr. Sandra Gibney of St. Francis Hospital and Lieutenant Governor Bethany Hall-Long to deliver free Narcan to Delaware’s homeless community. The mission was part of Hall-Long’s Behavioral Health Consortium to address Delaware’s mental health and substance abuse issues. The state’s first responders now carry the overdose antidote Narcan with them in response to the overdose crisis. Rybinski said BCCS also has Narcan available for those who need it.
