BCCS was excited to welcome Governor Jack Markell to our Drop-In Center yesterday afternoon. Governor Markell was on-site to sign SB 259, which legalizes Syringe Exchange and Support Services Statewide.
BCCS has been operating the State’s only SEP/SSP since 2006 in the city of Wilmington. This bill opens the door for Statewide expansion so that all individuals in need can access this life saving program.
