Brandywine Counseling and Community Services staff spent time at Legislative Hall over the past two months working hard to ensure that the information on our Syringe Services Program (SSP) was heard by those who have the ability to see this expansion all the way through. We are excited that “Delaware gets the point!” Syringe Service Programs save lives and are a cost-effective way to address disease prevention, as well as provide a connection to needed services.
