Effective December 27, 2022, all BCCS Kent County Justice-Involved Programs are moving to the new BCCS Dover Treatment Center at 698 S. Bay Road, Dover, DE 19901.

- DUI Treatment Court Program
- First Stop (DUI First Offender Program)
- DSARP (DUI Screening and Referral Program)
These program were previously provided at the BCCS Milford Treatment Center for Kent County. There are no changes to BCCS Justice-Involved Programs in New Castle and Sussex Counties.
