New SSP locations have been added in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties!
BCCS is dedicated to supporting Delaware in reducing the spread of diseases associated with intravenous drug use. Our Syringe Services Program(SSP) offers health and social services to injection drug users and the general community, helps prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS, and provides outreach for high-risk individuals.
SSP services include: Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing, safe sex kits, pregnancy testing, syringe exchange, referrals for drug treatment, and more. The program operates from our Treatment Centers and our mobile Community Services van that travels to strategic locations throughout Delaware.
