Global CDC’s Thriving Communities 3rd Annual Health Fair

On behalf of the Global Community Development Corporation, We would like to invite you to participate in our 3rd Annual “Thriving Communities Health Fair & Back-to-School Event” being held at 4112 North Market Street on Saturday, August 4, 2018. This is a FREE event for the community. The primary sponsor for this event will be Thriving Communities partnered with the Division of Public Health. We will be hosting other health vendors, children’s entertainment, free school supplies, food & drinks, raffle and prizes. The goal is to promote good health and wellness among adults and children by providing resources to help maintain good physical and mental health.
